1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (PHP) deposited into your Account, as distinct from Bonus funds or promotional credits.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from your sagjii Account balance to your designated payment method, subject to verification requirements and processing procedures outlined herein.

Terms not specifically defined herein shall bear their ordinary meaning within the context of online gaming operations and Philippine law. Headings used throughout these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account with sagjii, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and meet the legal age requirement for gaming in your jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change;
• You are not registering from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• You are not a resident of any territory where sagjii operations are restricted or prohibited;
• You have not previously been suspended or banned from using sagjii services.

2.2 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login information to any third party under any circumstances. You agree to:

• Create a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Never share your password with friends, family members, or any third parties;
• Enable two-factor authentication when available for enhanced account security;
• Immediately notify sagjii customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

sagjii shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious activity pending investigation.

2.3 Identity Verification

sagjii reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued identification cards (Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Account Limitations

Each User is permitted only one account with sagjii. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account closure. If we detect that you operate multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all accounts, cancel all bonuses, void all winnings, and confiscate all deposits made across all accounts.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

sagjii accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, and other methods displayed in your account's cashier section. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified for each payment method and may vary. You acknowledge that:

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name;
• Third-party deposits (funds deposited from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited;
• Deposits are generally processed instantly, though processing times may vary by payment method;
• sagjii does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees;
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities on the sagjii platform;
• Deposits made using stolen payment methods, fraudulent funds, or in violation of anti-money laundering regulations will result in immediate account closure and law enforcement notification.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Real Money balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name;
• You must withdraw using the same method used for deposit where technically feasible;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500; maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier;
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed;
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing funds associated with bonuses;
• Withdrawal processing typically completes within 15-30 minutes for e-wallets, 1-3 business days for bank transfers;
• sagjii reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing withdrawals;

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Accounts used primarily for transferring funds rather than genuine gaming activity will be suspended. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. You agree that deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Acceptance

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed immediately, all bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games available through sagjii are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout structures are determined by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information section.

5.2 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of game malfunctions, software errors, or technical issues affecting game outcomes, sagjii reserves the right to void all affected game rounds and refund stakes. If incorrect payouts occur due to system errors, we reserve the right to correct account balances retroactively. 5.3 Prohibited Gaming Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure:

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages;

• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or other fraudulent activities;

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

6.1 Account Closure by sagjii

sagjii reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict your account at our sole discretion if we determine that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration;
• You have engaged in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• You have abused bonuses or promotions;
• You have created multiple accounts;
• You have been abusive, threatening, or inappropriate toward sagjii staff;
• Your account has been dormant for an extended period (typically 12 months);
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority;
• Continuing your access poses security risks to sagjii or other Users.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, ensure that you have withdrawn any available balance.
